Under the umbrella of companies associated with Telford Land & Valuation is McNally Land Services Ltd, which was founded in 1965. This branch of our organization handles all of our surface land work related to the oil and gas, utilities, renewables industries.

McNally Land Services Ltd. was founded in 1965 by Norman T. McNally and has been a client focused, service company dealing in all facets of land, appraisal and public consultation for Canada’s energy industry, government bodies and First Nations for over 60 years.
Our experience related to the various sectors includes all aspects of the industry from the planning, valuation, acquisition and coordination of surface and mineral rights, to the maintenance review and reclamation of surface related dispositions.
Since 2017, McNally Land Services primarily operates through the use of contractors from Telford Land & Valuation, but we still have the same deep roots that made a name for us back in 1965.
